Welcome to the Rural Municipality of Grey (RM of Grey) website!

The RM of Grey is located in the flat, rich agricultural lands of south central Manitoba, Canada. The municipality is located just 73 kilometres southwest of Winnipeg and can be reached along Provincial Trunk Highway #2 (from Winnipeg), Provincial Trunk Highway #13 (from Carman and Oakville), Provincial Road #240 (from Portage La Prairie) and Provincial Road #248 (from Elie). Its' rich agricultural lands make the RM of Grey heavily involved in all agricultural endeavours such as grain farming, cattle, dairy and hog operations. The communities of Elm Creek, Fannystelle and Haywood are all part of the RM of Grey with the municipal office being located in Elm Creek. Although the village of St. Claude is located within the RM of Grey's boundaries, they are incorporated and have their own municipal office located in St. Claude.
