ELM CREEK
Elm Creek is a Local Urban District (L.U.D.) and has a committee that oversees their day to day operations, they meet on the second Monday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at the Rural Municipal Office. The current population of Elm Creek is approximately 325. The current L.U.D. Committee is made up of the following:

The LUD of Elm Creek receives garbage pick-up on Tuesdays for businesses and on Thursdays for residential (Maximum of 3 bags. Bags to not exceed 40 pounds per bag), and recycling pick-up every other Thursday (See Recycling Page for schedule)
