Elm Creek is a Local Urban District (L.U.D.) and has a committee that oversees their day to day operations. The current population of Elm Creek is approximately 325. The current L.U.D. Committee is made up of the following:

Fannystelle is a Hamlet that is looked after by the Ward 1 Councillor. The current population of Fannystelle is approximately 95.
Haywood
